INGREDIENTS
6 Tostada
1 c. Refried Beans
½ c. Greek Yogurt
2 c. Southwest Salad Kit
1 lb Shrimp, steamed at seafood counter
½ c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Place tostada on the plate and smear about 2 tablespoons of refried beans on it
- Swirl a little bit of Greek yogurt on top of the beans
- Sprinkle on the salad kit
- Layer on about 5-6 shrimps
- Top with a little more salad and cheddar cheese
